Thornhaw Court

Thornhaw Court is a shady section of around four large apartment buildings. The landlord is a right old jerk even with the best of tenants. The tenants here however tend to be individuals and families living on supplemental income whether or not some of them also work for their living, but still don't make enough to make ends meet without the governments help.
