Here is a place where the rich and snooty gather. Each apartment is large and luxurious as well as four or five times the rent of a regular establishment. Unlike most apartments the Maxwell Apartments whether or not the tenants already have their own has dedicated staff which includes maids, butlers and cooks. These staff members cater to the tenants every day-to-day needs. Some of them more than is required of them on their list of duties.

Some people make too much to live in Thrownhaw Court while still others cannot afford Maxwell Apartments or their own house. Therefore Hawthorne Estate was created for those fitting into the income bracket between the rich and those living the most on supplemental income. Hawthorne Estate has a community garden for its tenants filled with not only fruits, vegetables, grains and herbs, but with delightful flowers that attract butterflies and humming birds.

When one is old and has no family who wishes to, or even has the time to give them the care they need it is the Vista Villa Retirement Center they go to. Unless of course their family is cruel enough to send them far away so that they have an excuse not to visit. There's also many job opportunities at the Retirement Center both for those who need money or those who need or have to do something for community service hours.

A humble little Inn with chilling skeletons in the closet and where star-crossed lovers have oft had a rendezvous. While the Inn may seem small, it is far larger than it first appears as it is long while viewing it from the entrance it isn't very wide. However once one is inside it looks like an old Victorian mansion with red velvet and chandeliers.

Unfortunately for the poor little souls that end up here it is not a no-kill shelter. Thus shape-shifters should be careful not to be picked up by this outfit. They'll keep each animal for more than a month if they're healthy, but if not they go to the sick room without ever being looked over by a doctor and thus either die alone or are euthanized. For some animals however its far better than living on the streets, because they have food, water, their cages are cleaned everyday and they have a warm place to stay - even if it isn't enough room to play around in.
