Tanglewood Nature Center

Tanglewood is a Nature Center where one may learn about snakes, foxes. owls and other mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds one may or may not be able to find in the area. There are jobs open as well as volunteer positions. In the summer they have a two six-week camps back to back as well as kids activities throughout the year. Tanglewood also has a variety of hiking trails with a couple biking ones, and while it is suggested one takes a guide it is not a requirement. It is asked that visitors who bring trash with them leave with it, so one should not litter. Rattlesnakes live in the area so one needs to be careful of those as well. There is one or two trails that horses are allowed on.
