The Shak is found in a lot which has a lot of bramble, thistle and burdock bushes. Those whom were not accepted into The Huntington, because of either their age or experience, perhaps a combination of both and other factors they gather here. The shak is exactly that and run down, with a larger basement built beneath it full of secret tunnels. One of the tunnels that was blocked off years ago actually runs right under and to a locked door of an open tomb at Woodlawn Graveyard.

Where the local vampire clan gathers. On the outside the place looks like a grand hotel whilst on the inside the lightening is low and the carpets are red. The walls and the bar made of oak and black walnut. There are various rooms including a basement with a hidden door, a small dungeon and in the attic enough room for a table and chairs for meetings.

An estate that has been around since the Town of Elmira was settled where the eldest clan of werewolves have made their home. While not every werewolf within the clan might live within the Estate they are never far from it. They are close enough to always know when a meeting is to be held.
